These Terms of Service are entered into by and between you and Jupiter Software, LLC ("Jupiter Software", "we", "our", and any derivatives). These Terms of Service govern your use of the video games we publish, including ElliePig and any future releases (collectively "Games", individually a "Game"). By using online functionality in our Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy (x). If you do not agree to our Terms of Service, or do not consent to our privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy, you may not use online functionality in our Games.

PRIVACY POLICY

All information we collect through our Games is subject to our Privacy Policy (x).

ACCOUNTS

To access online functionality in our Games, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials against unauthorized access. If there has been unauthorized access to your account, it is your responsibility to notify us.

IN-APP PURCHASES

If you make any in-app purchases within our Games, you agree to the terms and conditions of the app store from which you have installed our Game from. Any communications regarding such in-app purchases must be directed to that app store.

PROHIBITED USES

You may only use our Games in accordance with these Terms of Service. Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the games in any way that violates applicable laws
• Impersonate Jupiter Software, or any member of Jupiter Software
• Engage in behavior that negatively impacts the experience of other users, such as using cheats and exploits.

TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to online functionality in our Games at our own discretion without notice.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service may be revised at our discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publish. If you continue to use online functionality in our Games, you signify that you accept and agree to the revised Terms of Service.
